Dawson is the Founder, CEO, and President of Dawson Executive & Strategic Consulting Firm LLC, a Washington, DC-based management consulting firm she established in 2018 on a foundation of integrity, accountability, and results-driven practice. With more than 20 years of progressive experience in federal and commercial program management, Asia has led complex, high-stakes engagements at USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She has managed multidisciplinary teams of up to 51 professionals and overseen federal program budgets exceeding $10 million annually.
Her expertise spans program and project management, organizational change management, business process improvement, risk planning, leadership development, and data governance. Her career is defined by measurable outcomes: $3 million in annual cost savings through workforce optimization, a 45% reduction in federal reporting errors, and the successful modernization of a large-scale DHS contact-center telephony infrastructure.
